Job summary
Responsible for coordinating with relative parties regarding new branches per region providing the service, double visits and continuous staff training & regular meetings along the year and ensure adoption and adherence to policies and standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling collection issues per region to increase bank’s revenues
- following up with the company & the bank IT to maintain collection files regularity.
- Works on Solving technical problems in coordination with relatives parties to increase monthly collection rate
- Providing continuous support & directing IRs in coordination with the branches CS managers to work on collection files
- Handling customers complains related to clients issued policies received from complaint handling department & from branches in coordination with the company for feedback to close cases for maintaining customer convenience
- Handling raised problems or requests from IRs inside the branches and works on solving them in coordination with relative parties to maintain suitable environment for both parties.
- Preparing periodic reports related to track product performance, presentation, required memos & business Plan required from different parties .
- Responding to staff queries and e-mails related to the service provided.
- Managing a proper filling system
- Managing product activities & contests , preparing relevant reports along the Bank regions
- Handling different requirements from relative departments inside the bank & insurance company for introducing new insurance programs .
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree In Finance, Accounting or Economics.
- 2 -4 years’ experience in Bancassurance.
- Excellent reading & writing speaking and understanding English
- Good analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint )
- Practical experience in database management.
- Complete knowledge and clear understanding of the Bank’s retail policy and operating systems.
- Thorough awareness of various financial product / services.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills with ability to perform as a team player
- Familiarity with core banking systems
- Writing proposals and delivering presentations when required.
- Assisting management with budget and time schedules
