Job Purpose

Responsible for communicating between the activities and units of the customer service group to simplify the presentation of work procedures and technical and administrative developments for the employees of the group

Job Responsibilities

Coordination with department managers and beyond the group's activities regarding the publication and announcement of work procedure updates to begin their implementation.

Publishing work procedure manuals, operating instructions and regulations on the group's activities to raise the awareness of the group's employees and inform them of technical and administrative developments.

Preparing educational materials for the various programs used by the customer service group activities to ensure that the information reaches its users in a simplified way.

Send and publish updates, concepts and new terms directly and continuously to the workers of the group's activities to start working on these updates and standardize the concepts in the group. 

Release a bi-monthly video on customer service group news and what has been achieved to enhance and strengthen the affiliation of the group's employees .

Conducting various opinion polls on the group's activities and analysing its results to draw the opinions of the group's staff in the application of any new procedures.

Coverage of conferences and important events in the group to document them and to support the engagement of employees to their workplace.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.

1-2 years of experience in related field.

Good communication skills..

Proficient with MS Office programs.

Familiar with the principles of using photo and video editing software such as Adobe After Effects.

Have previous Experience in content writing.
