Main Job Responsibilities

Achieving the agreed upon target while

ensuring that the action plan is in place in a

Promoting, selling & Cross Selling a full

range of products and services to existing

Managing and monitoring staff

performance in terms of service quality,

operational efficiency and active sale

Handling escalated complex customer

issues

Ensuring that all transactions are abiding to

the Bank's Policies & Procedures & CBE

Head of Sales &Services-2

Minimum 6 years of relevant banking

.experience

Approaching potential clients and handle

.existing ones successfully

Promoting, selling & Cross Selling a full

range of products and services to existing

and potential customers

Manage and monitor staff performance in

terms of service quality, operational

.efficiency and active sale referrals

.Handling escalated customer issues

Sales&Services Officer/ Senior Officer-3

.Minimum 2 years of relevant banking experience

Main Job Responsibilities
Approaching New potential clients and

handling existing ones successfully

Selling&Cross selling full range of

Products and services

. Handling customers' inquiries

Ensure customer satisfaction through

offering high quality of service thus

.maximizing customer profitability

:Qualifications

Bachelor of Commerce, Economics or

.relevant studies

Very good communication, selling and

negotiation competencies
