- Executes all counter transactions in an efficient and organized manner
- Handles customers’ cash requests and general inquiries in a professional manner, and refer them to concerned parties whenever needed
- Spots any potential selling opportunity and refers it to concerned parties
- Handles efficiently custody items, and keys as per custodian matrix and relevant policies and procedures
- Adhere to Branch Operating Model
- Carries out any task requested by the Head of Cash, the Operation Manager, and the Branch Manager

- Number of counter transaction mistakes and cash discrepancy
- Achievement of service quality targets
- Number of potential selling opportunity spotted by the job holder
- Number of audit notes and recurrence of audit notes
- Number of customers complaints and the recurrence of the same complaint
- Customer feedback surveys and pulse checks
- Number of remarks and recurrence of remarks in quality assurance individual reports
- Number of times the job holder did not adhere to the Branch Operating Model
