Job Description:
We are looking for an Accountant to join our team and manage our financial records, prepare financial statements and reports, ensure compliance with financial laws, and provide recommendations to management based on financial analysis. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of accounting experience, a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger
Prepare financial statements and reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to management
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and other financial laws
Develop and implement financial procedures and controls
Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
Communicate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders on financial matters Participate in audits and financial reviews
Required Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or a related field
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Interview Notes:
The interview process will be a video submission, then a written submission, then 2 live interviews. In total, the entire interview process shouldn't take you more than 1-2 hours.
Salary: $1,200 USD per month. Let us know if you do NOT want to be paid in USD.
