Roles & Responsibilities
Design, install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely resolutions
Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functioning
Conduct regular backups and ensure data integrity
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users
Create and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
2-3 years of experience in IT support or related role
