Position Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The candidate will need very Good verbal and written English, along with Previous experience in the Customer Service field, and a bachelor’s degree is required.

Job Requirements:
Provide support to our valued users, addressing their inquiries and concerns effective
Skillfully handle user issues
Proactively gather user feedback and communicate updates
Offer personalized attention and support to VIP customers, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
Qualifications:
Fluent in English, with outstanding speaking and writing proficiency.
Preferred: Previous experience in the Customer Service field.
